We provide services to furniture dealers, manufacturers and property management companies. Operating out of Minneapolis/St. Paul, we provide services locally and throughout the Midwest.

Our professional staff has more than 30 years of combined experience in performing furniture and facility installation projects. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, furniture and facility services, architectural wall system, warehousing and project coordination within the world of corporate offices, healthcare, hospitality, and education.

Laura Sherwin

Owner/ Project Manager

Laura Sherwin has over 30 year of experience in the commercial furniture industry, holding many roles which gives her a well rounded perspective of this industry and how it functions. She has extensive experience working with large clients on projects of various scale and complexity, including furniture, moveable walls and all aspects of project management and interior construction.

When she isn’t on a jobsite or at the office, she enjoys her time with her family, reading a great book, or enjoying all that nature has to offer here in lovely Minnesota.

Jake Banaszewski

Project Manager

Jake Banaszewksi brings extensive experience in architectural/demountable wall systems. He holds the role of project manager with over 5 years of industry experience. His ability to take on many challenges for each unique job leaves him to be an experienced problem solver and solution creator! One of the greatest assets to any team!

When Jake isn’t working, he enjoys his time with his family and friends being out and about.
